A commuter who needs a walking aid was grateful to a patient SMRT bus captain who waited for him to get on the bus. He said this is not the first time the bus captain waited quite a while for his passengers. Ups la uncle!

A Grab passenger deliberately made her driver wait an hour as she did not want to pay for ERP charges. She said she should not be paying for ERP charges incurred before he picked her up. The driver cancelled the ride after getting sick of waiting.

An angry netizen complained about having to pay $10 more for her Grab ride and still wait almost 15 minutes for her ride to arrive. She felt it was a waste not to take Uber or ComfortDelgro instead.

What is NTUC doing making its customer wait 4 hours for her items to be delivered? Their customer service staff simply told her to wait for half an hour and could not be reached afterwards. What kind of service is this?

In July 2015, I have submitted an online job application for the DXO position of Assistant Executive(Finance) whereby HR Executive Es***r from Mindef Human Resource Department(MHRD) reverted back to me asking me to submit more documents for their selection process. Everything went well and the 2 hiring managers got to know my abilities and skill sets during the interview. On 30 Dec 2015, the things suddenly start to turn out differently in a totally unexpected manner. I received a call from MHRD Es***r and I was informed that the Final Management Approval was not granted and I have officially lost the job. The job which I have been waiting since the initial verbal offer on 4 Sep 2015 which is nearly 4months of long wait.
