Our reader was scammed by a Carousell seller, nicknamed 'ah lang', who wanted to earn some fast cash together but failed to return him $1700. According to our reader, the guy kept delaying payment by saying he transferred to the wrong account, that he had to work OT, etc. Be careful!

Netizen Gerry was so surprised when she opened her door and saw her UberEats driver in a wheelchair. Despite his disability, he was doing deliveries to earn extra income. After speaking to the delivery man, she learned that he was a national Paralympian. When doing deliveries, he is able to earn extra income and practice his fitness for next years competition.

UBEREATS DELIVERY WENT MISSING WITH MY FOOD!

Ordered my dinner today at 8plus as i was really tired after a hard days work. It's my first time using the app so i am not sure how it really works. So i follow the order and process as usual. After everything settled, i checked through and realise that the gps got my address wrongly and so i follow the instruction to call or sms to the delivery guy.

CLUB JULY DELIVERS ALCOHOL THRU UBEREATS AFTER 10.30PM, BOLEH?

Our reader found a restaurant called Club July at Bishan that still delivers alcohol through UberEats after 10.30pm. "so UberEats restaurant can deliver alcohol to my house downstairs even after the allowed hours?"

According to UberEats' regulation, retail outlets and delivery services are not allowed to sell takeaway alcohol in Singapore from 10.30pm to 7am. Singapore's liquor law also states that drinking is banned in public areas after 10.30pm.

UBEREATS RIDER ON E-SCOOTER MAKES DELIVERY VIA EXPRESSWAY, NO SAFETY HELMET EVEN!

Netizen Fauzi spotted an UberEats delivery guy riding his e-scooter on the road shoulder of the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) during the rush hour for food deliveries. Not only was the UberEats rider not wearing any safety helmet, he was speeding illegally towards Bedok North exit. Is his life worth the extra deliveries he make using such dangerous means?

UBER DRIVER EATS FRIES & DIP CURRY SAUCE WHILE DRIVING ON EXPRESSWAY

According to the chinese dailies, Miss Xu took an Uber ride fropm Pasir Ris to Toa Payoh on 15 December at around 3pm. As soon as she boarded, she smell the smell of McDonalds Fast food. Throughout the 20 minute journey, the driver used his left hand to hold a box of curry sauce while he used his right hand to pick his fries and nuggets. He only held on to his steering wheel with his pinky finger.
