Sometimes I wonder if it is good for Malays to take job hiring issues into the public because while they might get that company into the negative spotlight but the end consequences are it might cause a lot more bosses/companies out there to view the Malay Muslim community who use religious issues as a threat to force them to hire them and over time this might cause people to view Muslim people as too troublesome to hire. ISETAN Deputy General Manager Apologised To PUMA Tudung Sales Girl

After the last email sent to them, the deputy manager called. Attempting to give excuses for the managers’ actions, saying that it was due to carelessness that the managers behaved that way. Which is funny because they also mentioned the managers were very experienced and always do routine regulation checks on the promoters. According to the deputy manager, there is an SOP to adhere to but they did not follow the SOP for addressing a regulation problem (in this case-the attire).

On the other hand, fewer Chinese residents felt that religion (15.6%) and race (22.8%) are important to their sense of identity.
