Rush hour crowds are experiencing yet another train breakdown on Tuesday morning (18 Apr). The breakdown was due to a track fault which affected both the North-South and East-West lines. SMRT initially informed of a 10-minute delay from Bishan to Khatib before increasing it to 20 minutes.
