S’PORE’S SYNCHRONISED SWIMMERS WINS 1ST EVER SEA GAMES GOLD MEDAL
With a total score of 150.8445, Singapore managed to defeat reigning champion Malaysia who finished with a score of 146.5204 and won Singapore's first-ever SEA Games gold medal in the synchronised swimming. Minister for Culture, Community and Youth Lawrence Wong described the stellar win as probably the best start to Singapore's SEA Games campaign ever.
