A netizen, Francis Seow, shared a video of his confrontation with a Certis Cisco parking enforcement officer who allegedly sneaked into a car park to issue summon tickets without his uniform on.

A plainclothes National Environment Agency (NEA) officers was snapped by a netizen for issuing a $200 fine to a smoker who was caught smoking under shelter. The netizen, Chang How, wants to warn Singaporeans against these plainclothes NEA officers and advises smokers not to smoke under sheltered areas.

For all Singaporean drivers who think they can get away without paying any traffic fines in Malaysia, think again.
