Most Singaporeans Are Sleep Deprived And Facing Most Stress At Work

According to a survey by health service company Cigna had indicated what many Singaporeans have known, that they are the most stressed workers in the whole world, and are very sleep deprived. In the survey, nearly 92% of the Singaporeans surveyed said that they were stressed from work, and 13% of this group of workers said their stress was unimaginable.

SUICIDE IN SG IS 415 ON AVERAGE EACH YEAR. MORE THAN ONE SUICIDE PER DAY!

According the numbers for the rate of suicide in Singapore, between 2011 and 2015, there was an average of 415 deaths from suicides each year.

This is just too many! Living in Singapore is getting too stressful, that suicide numbers also quite high. Interesting to see out of the suicides, which was the age group with the highest number of deaths from suicide. Education stress, financial stress, family stress, everything stressful. For some, living in Singapore is not as heavenly anymore.

EXPENSIVE SINGAPORE A BURDEN TO HER CITIZENS?

Last time, our grandparents and parents do all sorts of jobs on top of their day-to-day job to survive, and yet are able to raise so many kids, and still live happily as a family.

Now, you see many people working long hours on their one and only job, at the expense of family time, and complain so much that prices are just too expensive to start raising kids. Those whose jobs are not that high paying, will struggle to save enough money to even start a family. Some people work too long hours, in the end, marriage affected and divorce occurs.
