Singaporean YouTuber Steven Lim has revealed on his Facebook that he had been asked by fellow Singapore idol contestant and runner up Sylvester Sim to back out of the celebrity kickboxing match organized by start up Asia Fighting Championship.

Asia Fighting Championship's tragic celebrity match between YouTube personality Steven Lim and bodybuilder Pradip Subramanian, which resulted in Pradip's untimely demise by cardiac arrest, has been slammed by its competitor for being "reckless" and "irresponsible".

The supposed Singapore version of the fight of the century, between Singapore Idol alumnus Sylvester Sim, and all round publicity whore, Steven Lim, is not going to happen. Sylvester had to pull out, apparently because he had run into insurance problems for the fight.
