According to reader Kayo, two studious ladies occupied a corner table at the ION Orchard Starbucks branch despite not ordering any drinks. Our reader was at Starbucks on the morning of 25 Oct when these two ladies walked in, sat at a table and simply started to use their laptops.

Because yesterday i feel moody so i put some note at the GrabFood app. Then i'm surprised the Starbucks gave me a free drink. i checked the receipt again maybe i order wrong, but it is not. Maybe because of the note i wrote, so Starbucks gave me a free drink to cheer me up. They also wrote sweet messages for me and really made my day.

I think there are bed bugs in the UTown Starbucks. I was there 2 days ago and was bitten by something. I tot it was just mosquito bites and didn't think much abt it. Today in class in I put on the jacket which I brought to UTown that day and was bitten twice by something. It was extremely itchy. Sensing something was wrong, I flipped through my jacket and saw something brown crawling on it. OMFG! it was a fucking bed bug! It scared the shit out of me and I threw away the jacket. The more I think abt it the more I'm sure it was from UTown Starbucks.

Was at Starbucks this afternoon to get coffee for tennis-weary parents when I saw the counter staff clearing away all the food as they were closing. I asked if they would let me take it away for migrant workers and they sweetly agreed. So they handed me 2 bags of pastries, muffins and sandwiches (all very kindly warmed up) and I was lucky enough to find workers right down the road.

Yesterday, I went to Rochester Mall Starbucks and ordered a Roasted Marshmallow S'Mores Frappuccino in grande size. I asked for less ice. To my surprise, the guy taking my order said that "less ice" would mean that the drink would be down sized to "tall" size. It was very disappointing as there was actually quite a lot of ice even when you order less ice in tall size, maybe the same amount of ice for grande size even! Starbucks never mentioned that less ice would actually mean downgrading your size of the drink!

I am messaging you at this hour bcause of your idiotic staff who took my order lightly. I bought a drink cost me $8.40 I asked for strong flavour and more plenty of whip cream. I told them to help expedite the making of the beverage. But the barista was like not focusing even though I said my last bus within 8mins might be coming! I tried the drink on the way to the bus stop and decided to return for a refund. Your cashier was very very slow at returning of the money and at 2plus there's no other customer! I chased after the bus and fell and was hurt your staff were the worst ones I even encountered! The drunk was diluted in terms of icyness and flavour was not strong! Yet I paid extra to get more stronger flavur

I am writing to complain about students hogging seats in cafes such as Starbucks and Coffee Bean. Last Sat afternoon, even tho it was a weekend, I had a lot of difficulties getting a seat coz many people were taking up whole tables by themselves with laptops and books. Tables for two were occupied by one pax & laptop. When I asked if I cld share a table most of them turned me down, saying that the seat was occupied. All I saw on the other chair were bags, books and laptop case. Feels like I walked into a library instead of a cafe!
