NEARLY HALF OF ACCIDENTS INVOLVING HEAVY VEHICLES HAVE FOREIGNERS AS DRIVERS

45% of foreigners causing accidents driving a heavy vehicle is worrying enough. Do they know Singapore's road rules and regulations enough? Do they actually know the norms of drivers using Singapore roads? They might be licenced, but experience driving in Singapore is different from driving in any other countries. Should these foreigners be allowed to drive heavy vehicles in the first place?

With the recent 2 deaths and 1 injured from using of E-bikes, I kinda checked on some sites selling e-vehicles.
Apparently, few sellers are selling E-scooters that can travel UPTO 45kmh without any need to modify.

CYCLIST BEMOANS 15 KMH SPEED LIMIT IN S'PORE PARK CONNECTORS, CLAIMS HE RUNS EVEN FASTER

I'm concerned by these 15km/h limit signs that have been going up recently. I thought the proposal was to limit to 15km/h on footpaths and 25km/h on cycletracks but as you can see this 15km/h is on pcn cycletrack which is far too restrictive, I sometimes RUN through this area faster than that! Limiting to 25km/h is basically sending the message don't bother trying to cycle as a sport or serious commute in Singapore and 15kph is making cycling even less attractive.
