LOUD SOUND @ SENTOSA COVE FROM DEMOLITION EXERCISE, TO LAST UNTIL END-MAY

The police has investigated a loud sound at Sentosa Cove and did not find anything incriminating. Earlier, a resident there complained that they heard a loud sound and felt insecure about it. From their investigations, the sound was probably due to a demolition exercise carried out at the nearby Southern Islands. The exercise is part of a series of tests that will be conducted from mid to end May. Good that it's no big deal, but how come they never inform residents one?

Most Singaporeans don't visit Kusu Island and the only exception is during the ninth month of the lunar calendar known simply as the annual Kusu pilgrimage. My mom made it a point to visit whereas most people from my generation could not be bothered to do so.
