Our reader is disappointed that ComfortDelGro is considering an alliance with Uber as it would mean more surge pricing for standard taxis. She thinks ComfortDelGro should think of other ways to benefit drivers, not at the expense of its riders, and hopes the LTA can look into this matter.

LTA and PTC must step in to stop uber and grab from surging and learn from Comfortdelgro and Six. Before I start, I would like to give round of applause to Comfortdelgro and Six for being so customer orientated than money orientated.
