So I spent one hour with the call centre, waited two hours for someone from Singapore to call. My parcel was found six hours later, and delivered three hours later. I would have delivered the item by myself and it wouldn't have take the entire day, not to say three days. No more Singpost Speedpost!!

SINGPOST TO TAKE DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST POSTMAN WHO LEFT LETTERS AT VOID DECK

SingPost will be taking disciplinary actions against the postman who left residents' letters at a void deck table in Jurong instead of in letterboxes. It apologised for the lapse and explained that its staff was only 5 months into the job. It also clarified that the postman merely left a bundle of letters behind, and that it was "a member of a public (who) likely undid the bundle and went through the stack before leaving them on the table". All the letters have since been delivered.

SINGPOST STAFF LEAVES HDB LETTER BOX UNLOCKED, PRIVATE LETTERS STOLEN HOW?

I came back to open my letterbox and then made a phone call, as I like to walk about when I am making a phone call, I walked to the back of my letterbox and to my horror discover this! Even though I have already called in to highlight this and asked them to immediately send down somebody to rectify this, I still feel this is an extreme careless mistake and service lapse by Singpost that I should alert everybody that this sort of thing may happen to you. All the residents' letters could be taken by anybody!

SINGPOST DRIVER LEAVES CAR WITH KEYS IN IGNITION, NO CARE FOR SAFETY?

I saw this SingPost delivery vehicle parked below the HDB block, but the keys were still in the ignition. The helmet was there, what's stopping people from taking the vehicle for a joyride or stealing the vehicle? I think SingPost should train their driver better to protect their property and not take for granted that Singapore is a safe place.
