Yesterday, there was a disruption on the Downtown Line (DTL). Since I was already stuck on the train, I checked SBS' twitter account. They said that there was a "signalling fault" and commuters should add an additional travel time of about 10 minutes. Common sense means if I normally reach my destination in 20 mins, means I will reach in 30 mins instead right? WRONG!! When SBS Transit said 10 minutes delay, they actually mean 10 mins delay at EACH FRIGGIN' station.

The Circle Line’s intermittent loss of signal communication has caused us many sleepless nights. While we knew signal interference was the cause, tracking down the source was not so straight-forward.
