UNCLE MOLESTS NIECE, STILL APPEALING AGAINST SENTENCE

Another monster have been jailed for molesting a girl, this time this monster is using the guise of a trusted uncle to his 13 year old niece. The man was sentenced to 21 months' jail and ordered to receive four strokes of the cane after a district court found him guilty of molesting the girl who was then 13 years old. Sadly, instead of admitting guilt and going through with his sentence, the man is appealing against his sentence and conviction, and has been offered a bail of $25,000. The teenage girl had described this man as her "second father", trusted her uncle and regarded him as his confidante. The teenager had even felt closer to him than she was to her own parents before the crime took place. However, instead of being the trusted uncle, he abused this authority by sexually assaulting her. On February 2014, he had lured the niece to his home and molested her by touching her private parts.

BANGLADESHI GETS 17 YRS JAIL & 24 STROKES FOR RAPING HIKER AT MACRITCHIE

A 24 year old Bangladeshi construction worker was sentenced to 17 years jail and 24 strokes of the cane for raping a woman at MacRitchie Reservoir Park in 2015. Pramanik Liton was waiting for an easy target along the Lornie trail when he saw the victim, a 40 year old Chinese woman. He forced her to perform sexual acts and threatened her with a 16cm knife. He denied the charges even though his semen was found on the victim. He claimed he did not touch her and was just trying to scare her when "she died out of fear". This is strange, given that the victim did not actually die. Justice Choo Han Teck said "this would have been the world's first supernatural trial. I see nothing supernatural". Liton was eventually convicted for aggravated rape, sexual assault and abduction for illicit intercourse.

JUDGE UPS 3 WEEKS JAIL TO 3 MONTHS FOR UNREMORSEFUL CABBY ATTACKER

A 34 year old Dutch Dino Petrus Johannes van Deijzen who assaulted a taxi driver had his 3 weeks jail sentence upped to 3 months after a successful appeal from the Prosecution. The DPP appealed against the 3 week sentence because the preceding Judge Imran had portrayed the Dutchman as a victim in this assault case.
