Giant Sembawang Branch Mistakenly Restricts Some Payment By Budget2020 Grocery Vouchers

Our contributor went to Giant at Sembawang Shopping Centre to buy some items like frozen stuff, baby stuffs mainly food and drinks. When he tried to make payment using the Budget2020 Grocery Vouchers which were issued by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the cashier said he could not use the vouchers for the full transaction.

Singapore People's Party (SPP) politician Khan Osman Sulaiman uploaded an email he received from Sembawang Community Club. The screenshot of this email showed a list of available jobs for four companies: Beijing 101, Jollibee, Royal T Group and Royal Security. Based on the available job positions, Osman Sulaiman guessed the bulk of these 100,000 jobs offered to Singaporeans will be 90% blue collar jobs while S Pass or E Pass holders will probably get the white collar jobs.

The person who drove a car into a condo swimming pool, and fled, "smartly" leaving the car behind has been arrested by the Police. The person, a 31-year-old woman, was arrested yesterday for allegedly driving a car into the swimming pool of a Sembawang condominium last Tuesday.
