BEWARE! ONLINE SHOP 'YEAH MALL' SELLS FAKE ONITSUKA SHOES, DENIES REFUNDS

Many buyers are unhappy with online shop "Yeah Mall" as it allegedly sells fake Onitsuka Tiger shoes. The shop failed to provide refunds and even blocked people from leaving negative comments on its page. Be careful, don't kena scammed!

SCAMMERS RENT CAMERA EQUIPMENT, THEN SOLD THEM OFF ONLINE

Police have arrested a man and a woman last Wednesday for cheating victims into renting them their cameras and accessories, only to sell them online.

The two, a 25 year old man and 20 year old woman who were not named, also assumed the identities of others in the scam. Police recovered several camera equipment and accessories when the duo were arrested in Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8. Police also found stun guns, a retractable baton as well as ICs and a passport belonging to other individuals with them.

IPAD THIEF SLASHES ACCOMPLICE'S ARM WITH KNIFE IN DRAMATIC SCUFFLE

A few hours after the theft, the fearless duo, along with a female partner, decided to return to the same area to sell the stolen iPad.

A sharp shop-owner recognised that it was the stolen iPad and he informed Mr Lee.

Mr Lee and his staff went over immediately. When confronted, the duo vehemently denied having stolen the iPad. When Mr Lee tried to call the police, one of the man brandished a 25 cm long knife. Some staff grabbed the man while others tried to wrestle the knife away from him. During the scuffle, one of the thieves got slashed by the knife.

IS TOWKAY@SOUTH WEST A REALISTIC SCHEME TO HELP THE POOR & NEEDY?

Gist of it: government giving out free tissue paper and $88 ezlink card to poor and needy, allowing them to sell the tissue paper and become 'financially independent'.

I'm not usually this quick to criticize government ideas. A lot of times I see some merit, though don't agree with the way it's implemented or some other reasons.

SPOREANS REPORT CAR STOLEN IN MSIA- SETTLES CLAIMS, SELLS CAR, NO NEED TO SCRAP!

I came across this post where somebody said Singaporeans car owners who need to scrape their car, will drive it to Malaysia and report it as stolen so that they can claim.

Once the claims are settled, the owner will then sell the car to the black marrket in Malaysia with a new registration plate.
