I was queuing up at bus interchange in Woodlands today. We were waiting very long for our bus and then we saw some people standing around the entrance.

A young SBS driver was on duty with CT8 route, he was kind and caring to elderly people who boarded the bus. His celebrity-like X factor outlook also mesmorise us, a group of silver lining hair! He sure will have a bright future! It is rare to see young men nowadays to be polite and considerate to silver lining group like us. One main concern is he drove steadily, not too fast for the consideration of elderly people onboard his bus.

On 6 June 2016 (Monday) along Farrer Road, a stationary white car was in flames and emitting white smoke. A nearby service 153 SBS bus driver, Jiang Hong stopped his bus, sought permission from his passengers to halt the bus service before rushing to the aid of the burning vehicle.

I boarded Mr William Goh's SBS bus service 9 (SBS6785E) and just as I was about to plug my music in, I heard the bus captain exclaim, "next station, Tanah Merah Station!", and subsequently for other bus stops as well. He also greeted passengers boarding and disembarking. In our society, saying hello to a stranger is uncommon what more a compliment. So on behalf of my fellow citizens I went up to him and praised him for his outstanding act. It is important to recognise and appreciate such positive attitudes if we want to improve Singapore's service industry and retain talents like Mr William Goh, especially in a culture like Singapore, where our service industry differentiates greatly from service superiors such as Japan.

i would like to mention that , this bus driver of service 147 SBS8702G had a very bad attitude . First i boarded the bus at around 9:20am. I scanned my card and proceeded to a seat. Thereafter, he mentioned he wanted to see what card i was using , i asked why but he just did not want to state the reason and just said, "i just want to see", FOR WHAT?! And when i refused to show him, because he does not want to state reason, he refused to drive off too.

This uncle's electric wheelchair suddenly slowed down and apparently stopped while he was crossing the road midway. The bus driver of service 163 stopped the bus and went down to help this uncle immediately. The bus plate number is SBS8132B.

This woman boarded bus 246 in the industrial area in Jurong. From the moment she board the bus. She started to talk to the driver non-stop till Boon Lay interchange. Safe or not safe for us to take public transport when driver is multitasking. Is there any rules that bus drivers should follow?

I had an very unpleasant ride on an SBS transit double decker bus. At 4pm today, I board the bus from Punggol Interchange to Bishan Interchange. After shopping at Waterway Point. This bus number SBS 3885 U of service number 50, which was being drove by an Indian Driver, upon the ride, he brake at every bus stop with a very heavily pull-front-back feeling which made me feeling very uncomfortable, I started to feel dizzy. I hope that the bus drivers in future can practice a more smooth ride, so that passengers onboard can be more comfortable.

To all bus driver especially to all bus driver that drive bus number 63 please really take notes. Today my mother and I went to the market after we had done eating and we went to the Bus stop and wait for the bus , and my mom tell me : Girl beware of this auntie I say why? : My mom replied : Cause she always take free bus ( cause she didn't tap her ezlink card ).

I met a great Singaporean SBS Bus Captain today. Fetched my lil princess from school today n suddenly it rained heavily. So no choice I had to take a bus home which is jus one bus stop away. Board the bus n asked how much the fare will be for me n my lil princess for jus one stop. He replied" it's ok sir, u only going one stop n it's raining. No worries".
