EXHAUSTED DAD OF NEWBORN FORCED TO ATTEND RT & IPPT OR FACE COURT MARTIAL

Currently a father of a newborn baby, there is no longer a sufficient sleep of 8hours, it could barely be few hours every night due to baby cries and need to care for the baby. I already find it both physical and mentally challenging when I need to be out whole day working and caring for the little one at night. However, SAF still requires me to go for RT or IPT because I failed/defaulted last year IPPT.

NSMEN WHO FAIL IPPT CAN NOW PLAY SPORTS INSTEAD OF RT

NSmen who have failed their IPPT can now choose to participate in sports such as football, or activities such as a weight-loss regime, under a modified remedial training scheme. It is understood that the new scheme has started in phases, and it will be fully implemented on September 1. Currently, NSmen who fail their IPPT have to go for remedial training lasting up to 20 sessions. The training usually focuses on helping them improve on stations that they failed in, such as chin-ups or the 2.4km run.
