GRAB RIDER REFUSE TO ALIGHT AT DESTINATION COZ SHE DIDN’T KEY IN PROMO CODE BEFORE THE RIDE

This rider refuses to alight after she has reached the destination, citing the fact that the driver swiped "drop off" before she can enter her promo code, supposedly valued at $15, making her liable to pay the promotional value difference from her own pocket. This is total unfounded. Grab periodically gives out promo codes to attract demand. Riders are supposed to key in the promo code before the ride and not during or after. In the video, she demanded the driver to ask the Grab corporate support to call her as she wants to make a complaint. When consumers are upset about a service or product, you complain by calling in and not demand for someone to ask the service provider to call you instead.
