This is total unfounded. Grab periodically gives out promo codes to attract demand. Riders are supposed to key in the promo code before the ride and not during or after. In the video, she demanded the driver to ask the Grab corporate support to call her as she wants to make a complaint. When consumers are upset about a service or product, you complain by calling in and not demand for someone to ask the service provider to call you instead.
