Ex Mediacorp Actress Jesseca Liu Appeals For Return Of Her Laptop

How did she lose the laptop? Apparently, she left her Macbook Air on a car roof after parking at block 650 Jalan Tenaga. She was apparently visiting a friend there. Forgetting about the laptop on the roof of the car, she went off to run her errands, and the laptop most likely fell onto the ground. Chances of finding the laptop might not be great, but Jesseca Liu said that the laptop contains important information and scripts.

CONFIRMED: A&W FAST FOOD CHAIN RETURNS TO S'PORE IN 2018

A&W CEO Kevin Bazner confirmed over email that rumours that the fast food chain coming back to Singapore were true. Bazner said that A&W would be officially re-opening in 2018 and they were currently looking for real estate to set up their flagship company restaurant in Singapore. Meanwhile, since 2016 A&W had set up an office in Singapore.

According to a Hong Kong media FactWire, the Singapore government and SMRT corporation have secretly shipped back 35 MRT train carriages back to Qingdao China for replacements and repairs after cracks were found in their bodies and key structural components. On 12 June 2016 under the cover of darkness, shortly after 1am, 2 train cars covered with green tarpaulin were moved out of the depot. They were accompanied by traffic marshals and at around 3am, they arrived at Jurong Port for shipping back to China.

HONEST SMRT BUS DRIVER WATCHED OVER LOST LAPTOP & RETURNED IT TO OWNER

According to the bus uncle, he was monitoring the unattended laptop for awhile. When a middle aged man allegedly tried to take my laptop after noticing it, he knew something was up. The man was seated at the back of the bus and came to the front once to survey the surroundings, and the second time, to take my laptop before attempting to alight. Mr Ramasamy recalled that the man was not holding anything when he boarded the bus and so he asked the man if the laptop was his. The man was unable to answer as to what brand the laptop was and even came up with a lame excuse on the pretext that he was taking the laptop to the police station. Mr Ramasamy did not let him alight, and even threatened to call the police if he did not hand the laptop to him.

KIND TAXI UNCLE RETURNED LOST BAG WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE

Yesterday afternoon at 6.30pm i called taxi to pick us up because it was raining. Son school was quite a distance from home. Uncle came very fast. Place the kids in the cab, and i start to load bags and the stroller in the boot. It only took 8 mins from school to our house. It was still raining, so i requested uncle to drop us at the shelter. I hurriedly unload the things in the boot. We went home as normal, when i was unpacking i realise i left my shopping plastic bag in the boot! I waited for not more than 5 mins uncle came, he stop and i opened the front door. He hand over me my shopping bag and i asked him how much? He sincerely replied no need boy, uncle sincere in coming back to return. I was surprise and felt very very appreciated by his action.
