So I hope that Mr Baey can help to think of solutions or come up with something like installing back previous lift to aid in the convenience of residences. Look at how much effort is required to carry an elderly in a wheelchair? Do you think residences have superpower to do this all the time?

The sim lim shop owner got my macbook in for servicing and took over 2 weeks to repair (while initially agreed to return the laptop the next day). Then when I went to his shop to check on it. He only had parts of my macbook in his shop. I asked the person to return my macbook without servicing and I told him that I'm ready to pay for what he's worked on.

I purchased an Asus laptop in first week of March from Newstead at Nex. After using the laptop for less than one month. The laptop couldn't be turned on, thus I sent the laptop down to Asus service centre for repair as it was under warranty. After a few days, I was informed by the Asus technician that my Mainboard has corroded and is not covered under warranty. If I want to repair it, the repair costs $900. I mentioned to him, my laptop costs $800+ and yet the repair for the Mainboard is $900?

I recently went to Plaza Singapura A.LAB to get my iPhone 6s 128gb to be repaired. Due to iphone not being able to charge, they had to send in the phone for 5-7 working days for further inspection. Due to the long wait, they offered me a loaner set, an iPhone 6 16gb. Upon the day of collection, they took back the loaner set for inspection, after a 30 minutes of good wait, I was told by the customer service officer that I have done unauthorised changes to that set. I was dumbfounded. When I asked what changes is she referring to, she told me she couldn't disclose what was it, and immediately told me I had to pay $888 in order to get back my iPhone 6s.

I felt cheated, my air con break down at the wee hour and I search google to find is there any 24 hours air con services. Finally we've found this company Evertech builders & services (68818662) so eventually they send their technician to our house to check what exactly happen to our air con. We were told that it's the wiring problem so we need to change a new one that costs a bomb to us!!! ($700) We were so desperate that we agreed to pay. Unfortunately 3 hours later, my air con break down again. Same situation !!!! I was so furious and I called the company so many times, no answer at all.

I went to this shop at BLK 502 JURONG WEST AVENUE 1 to change the battery for my father's watch which he had kept in the box long time ago. The watch was in good condition except the time has stopped. This woman who attended to me, tried to uncap the watch but she missed twice leaving 2 scratched line on the cover of the watch. When I asked her, she just simply replied a bit only and confirmed will scratch one.
