Initially he used to pay rent on time for the past 2 years but lately he has been stalling payment for quite some time and has not returned the money back. Apart from that he borrowed from my mother a certain amount. Little did we know that this guy had borrowing from my mum a lot of cash and also he has not paid rent for a number of months. I am posting this to share and warn others not to rent out your flat to SBS Transit Ltd. Pls take your time to read this and share it around. My mum is 70 years old and she has a 3 room flat which she rented out as a source of income. CHILDCARE FEES UP BY 20% DUE TO EVER RISING RENTAL COST

With two younger children requiring full-day childcare services, it will cost Mr Wong, 40, who is working in the financial sector, more than $2,000 per month next year. He feels that it is financially unbearable. Currently, two of his children are under the care of KiddiWinkie childcare centre, at $840 per month each. PRC COMPANY OUTBIDS LOCAL TENANTS BY TEN TIMES TO TAKE OVER YISHUN’S BOTTLE TREE PARK

The rustic Bottle Tree Park in Yishun will be closed next month as most businesses there said they were not able to come to an agreement on rent with the new operator, Chinese company Fullshare Group. Fullshare Group had put in a bid of $169,000 a month for the seven-hectare piece of land in Yishun, managed by the Singapore Land Authority (SLA). This is more than double the $68,000 the existing operator had put in for the site and 10 times more than the rental which the existing operator has paid before. The park was first opened 10 years ago.
