A real estate agent sent a furious text in the heat of the moment, but instantly regretted it when he realized that he had scolded the wrong customer.

It was discovered that this lady is an agent from ERA and also a Banker from UOB. Clearly it's a conflict of interest and CEA doesnt allows it. But not sure why she is approved by CEA to practise in the real estate industry and how does UOB ensures that there's no clash of interest given her double identity.
