Why Are PAP Losers Allowed To Be Grassroots Advisors, Use PA Facilities & Resources When WP Winners Cannot?

Despite winning the elections for Aljunied, Sengkang and Hougang, Workers' Party MPs still have to hold their Meet-the-People's sessions in make-shift cubicles at the open-air void decks. Contrast this to the PAP losing candidates, who still get the role of 'grassroots advisors' and are freely allowed to use the CCs and RCs for their grassroots activities.

Having a potluck Iftar event is acceptable. In fact it is very much encouraged in Islam to share foods with others, what more during Iftar. However, the inclusion of non-halal foods in the Iftar could have been an oversight on the part of the event organisers. Appropriate advice should have been given earlier.
Iftar is not just another dinner. Iftar has its special meaning to Muslims, and there is decorum associated with that special meaning.

PAP OPENLY ADVERTISE BENEFITS FOR RC MEMBERS, OWNSELF REWARD OWNSELF!

Gerald Giam from the Workers Party (WP) spotted this door pamphlet during his rounds in his ward and decided to show just what kind of tricks the WP has to deal with from the incumbent People's Action Party (PAP). According to the pamphlet, the PAP is looking for Residents Committee volunteers and openly advertised some major benefits for those who do join. They include priority queue for Ministry of Education primary school registration exercises, Ministry of National Development Grassroots Organization Scheme, HDB Special Parking Label and free education courses.
