I live in Punggol and I frequent the Seletar North link to commute to Yishun. On numerous occasions, I have encountered cyclist riding along that road to Marina Country club, passing by Safra, all the way to Kadaloor. I feel they are such a dangerous obstruction to drivers. On 21st July 2020 around 6.30 to 6.45pm, a 13 year old boy got injured after being pushed by a jogger. The boy was riding his bike along Punggol Promenade Riverside Walk Park (shared path for joggers and cyclists) near the toilet towards Sengkang Road.
