A netizen thinks the Government should speak up and account to the public how it plans to recover lost funds from the Co-op cheat case. Two employees reportedly cheated their co-op of $5.1m. "It would be most irresponsible and unprofessional of them if they simply ignore such valid concerns from members of the public or simply sweep it under the carpet!"

S’PORE POET: IF LEE FAMILY FEUD MAKES YOU ASHAMED, YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE & HAVE SELECTIVE SHAME

Really, what is this selective shame? I can tell you that I don't feel embarrassed at all explaining what's happening with 38 Oxley Road. So here are a few things you can tell your foreign inquisitors: It's a dispute over a will. There are serious questions to be asked about whether there has been an abuse of power. LTA HAVING REDUNDANT MRT STATIONS NAMING EXERCISE FOR THE PUBLIC

The Circle Line was officially opened in 2009, and that it is taking this long to actually finally complete the loop is a mark of how 'perfect' the planning for the Circle Line had been. In fact, by the time the Circle Line is completed, many other new lines would have been operational and running by then. The opening of naming the stations to the public is a common exercise that LTA undertakes for all of its newest MRT stations. Among other criteria, the station names should help commuters identify where the station is located easily. So, why not just remove this act of giving the public a voice, by just naming the stations Keppel, Cantonment and Prince Edward stations. After all, that's where these stations are to be located, and the public can identify the locations of the stations easily if they were so named. So LTA, stop wasting time by having a redundant naming exercise.

Remember the woman at the centre of the breastfeeding saga? The same woman, who made headlines last month after a photo of her breastfeeding her two-year-old daughter in an MRT train without a nursing cover was posted online and went viral, is now pageant finalist in the Mrs Singapore & Classic Mrs Singapore Pageant. The woman, Ms Cheryl Lee, indicated that the saga did not change her, as she still does the same thing when outside. She also refuted online claims that she was embroiled in the saga to gain fame for her pageant entry. She had indicated that all along, she had wanted to use the pageant as a platform to promote breastfeeding in public. She is still breastfeeding in public, be it at a mall or on MRT trains, and will continue to do so if the need arises.
