Another angry customer complained about Apple for failing to identify the problem with his computer and giving up on its repairs. He was disappointed at their service standards as they didn't appear keen on taking the time to repair it for him.

Our reader complained about this Ang Mo Supermarket's payment system which does not allow customers to see discounted prices when the cashier is scanning their items. The supermarket did not respond or improve despite numerous complaints.
