Regular meals, family visits, prescribed television and reading hours, work out exercises, Christian counselling group sessions and even a possibility of remission for up to ⅓ of their sentences. These are some of the perks that the five City Harvest Church (CHC) leaders who began serving their jail sentences last week can look forward during their days in Changi Prison.

APPEALS JUDGE DOUBLES SENTENCE FOR MAID WHO ABUSED BEDRIDDEN BOY

Although Kusrini was instructed to only place the suction cap outside the boy's nose and lips, she placed the suction cap inside the boy's mouth, which caused it to get lodged in the boy's throat when it accidentally was detached from the tube. She tried to fish out the cap from his mouth, persisting for 8 minutes even though her hand was covered in his blood.

So as you guys can tell from immediately criticising the Singapore Government upon my jail release, I am fine. Occasionally I might have felt shaken and depressed by all of this, but like all previous instances I managed to overcome. I think my arrest for ‘intending to wound religious feelings’ was most likely a political stunt by the Singapore Government to try to discredit me and silence dissent, they might have thought putting me in jail twice could be an effective deterrent, not effective enough apparently, so the fight continues!
