Please avoid this childcare at all cost. They have v poor management system. Now they refuse to pay me back the school fee deposit. I have submitted the withdrawal form and my son has stopped attending their hours for more than a month already(I did pay school fee for that mth). I went down to the office and school several times to chase back the deposit and the principal(who is damn arrogant and rude!) told me will get the person in charge to give me a call the next day.

Zara workers Meng Xi & Gina bad mouthing behind their customer and refused to let us share the same fitting room even though we were q-ing together. Meng Xi was grumbling with Gina about another customer, she said in chinese "i told you to tell her if she wanted to change sizes, just go out and re-queue, no excuse! Don't waste our time!" We were thinking what kind of customer service is that?! No flexibility at all, the customer was pushing baby pram that was really inconvenient for her to re-q. the staffs should be more helpful instead of bad mouthing behind the customer!

A complaint message on behalf of our Chairman. I would like to draw your attention towards the Intolerant and Unacceptable behavior and arrangement that we have to face every time while we fly Singapore Airline, the so called best Airline in the World. On each and every occasion we have to face a traumatic experience at the Singapore Airport regarding wheelchair assistance. We have to wait endlessly and request repeatedly for getting the required assistance, leaving us frustrated and ashamed.

I just want to warm all parents to be careful if you ever bring the kids to Gobi Desserts. Gobi is a irresponsible company. I ordered a chocolate therapy cake for my 3 year old son at its Bedok Point outlet. My son said it tasted funny i tried it and it had a chemical smell. The waiter tried it and he told me it was funny smell like the chiller.

I was walking along Ang Mo Kio Central tonight, when out of the corner of my eye I spotted an old uncle standing blankly next to a bin. I’m not sure what prompted me to approach him but he had a strange despairingly look. It was a look I was not familiar with.

44 year-old Goh Hoon Tiong, a father of 3 children - a daughter, 7, and 2 sons, 10 and 13 - used to be the sole breadwinner of his family. I was in my living room watching TV around 8pm that I start hearing babies crying sound outside. Initially, I thought its was nothing until the sound keep continuing for 2 hours. Feeling annoy I went out to keep a look out what happen. To my surprise, after I open the door, I saw a family of 5 living on the staircase, even with a mattress lying on the floor. (The type of HDB with door leading to the staircase) They totally treat the staircase as their house... I was speechless and ask them how come they are doing this, I even threaten to call the police as they causing a nuisances to others.

It just saddens me to see this, we had so much resources.. We held the sea games. Youth Olympics, nationals days. We bought in athletes from all over the world to represent Singapore. Spending millions and millions and millions and millions on dollar on all these.

I attended MPS once and was told by one RC member that the MP always fork out time to meet the residents and "help" residents solve problems. One big question comes to my head. If the PAP policies are so good, why would there be so many residents/citizens need help from government?
