Poor customer service

ILLITERATE AUNTIE ASKS POLYCLINIC STAFF FOR HELP, GETS RUDELY SCOLDED INSTEAD

Today, 19th May 2017, at around 0730am, my mother was at the Woodlands Polyclinic because of a bad sore throat. Being a typical auntie in Singapore with little English knowledge and even lesser towards the ever advancing technologies, she approached the personnel who was mending the registration machines for help.

STARHUB REFUSED TO ALLOW CUSTOMER TO MAKE EMERGENCY PHONE CALL

What a let-down by StarHub! Arrived at Tampines Mall on 27 Oct and had the unfortunate occurrence of a flat handphone battery. Without any payphone available at the mall, I was quite confident that Starhub would provide assistance, in helping me call my wife who was already at the mall. Despite identifying myself as a Hub Club customer, I was not given any assistance from the sales staff, supervisor and manager.

SINGPOST SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH SUBSTANDARD SERVICE!

Someone needed to send an urgent mail to Australia and went to Singpost and asked, how fast can you send it? Singpost counter staff replied 1 to 2 working days by DHL at SGD 50. Else normal post at $1.30 will take 6 working days. So he took up the DHL $50 service but DHL didn't deliver as promised by second working day. He called up and asked why mail didn't reached as promised, then they told him will reach by the FORTH working day. He protested and eventually the mail reached by the third working day.
