TWO SUSPECTS ESCAPED ON FOOT AFTER CRASHING WHILE EVADING POLICE ROAD BLOCK

During an island-wide drink driving operation, police vehicles chased a black car from Simei till Hougang after the driver tried to evade a police road block. With police hot on the pursuit, the suspects eventually crashed into a road sign at Lorong Ah Soo. By the time police caught up with the car, the two suspects had escaped from their crashed vehicle and ran away on foot. Police searched the car and the surrounding area with police dogs.

The complaint said: "On the photo that was published in Straits Times, it clearly shows a plainclothes police officer vaping(electronic cigarettes) while escorting criminals. How is this fair when the NEA is clamping down hard on vapers?"

HELP FIND AUNTY WHO STOLE MY MOTHER’S 2 MONTH OLD IPHONE

On 21st Aug 2016 @ approximately 1210PM my mother was shopping at Watsons @ JCube. While paying for her items, she placed her 2 months old iphone6 beside the cashier's counter and had forgotten to take it back after making her payment. A few minutes later, this auntie and her Makcik (Malay word for auntie) friend came by to make payment. While the Makcik was paying at the cashier, the auntie noticed my mother's hp. Instead of informing the cashier, she quickly put it into her bag (@ 1:29) and walked out leaving her Makcik friend who was still making payment fir some items they bought.
