SEMBAWANG HOT SPRING TO BE TURNED INTO A PARK, RUSTIC CHARMS AND ALL

The authorities here cannot see any old, rustic places, they must have a hand in how to develop the area, right? They will point to Singapore being land scarce, thus any free available space is a space to be developed.

Why can't they just leave the hot springs alone? Need to build a park around the area so that families can do what? Walk in the park? Have a picnic near the hot springs? Always want to intervene, and do something, even if not required to. If the area is really developed into another park, there is a high chance that the rustic feel of the place will be gone. When will the authorities realise that rustic feel is more than just retaining its physical appearance. It is a whole package, where the tranquility of the place must not be compromised.

CULINA BUTCHER AT NTUC FINEST TRIED TO OVERCHARGE MY WIFE FOR 222 GMS OF BEEF!

On the 15th Feb 2016, my wife was almost "butchered" by the Culina staff at NTUC Finest at Zhongshan Park. The Culina staff tried to overcharged her for 222 grams of beef with a S$72.00 instead of S$15.98! The staff was unapologetic when confronted by my wife who only found out after making payment. He simply dismissed her with the "correct" price sticker and told her to get the refund at the customer service counter then proceeded to joke and laugh loudly behind the counter with his colleagues. The nonchalance attitude of the staff is simply unacceptable and gave us the impression that customer service is simply not their priority.
