While if we look at percentages, this only represent 1% of the total residents in the North East, but if we were to look at real numbers, then this is shocking. 11,000 Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians that are jobless. Are there really going to be 11,000 out there available for these out of job PMET? Just why are the numbers that high?
