HEARTLESS NTUC STAFF DID NOT HELP WOMAN WHO FELL & INJURED HERSELF

Just got home from Fairprice at Zhongshan Mall. Witnessed a painful scene while I was about to proceed to the self checkout with my groceries. A lady shopper, guess she's around mid-fifties, slipped and fell behind me and was struggling to get up. She complained of the severe pain in her right arm coz she fell on it and was worried she might have a fracture. I took the ice pack from the ice box to apply on her arm and she was able to move her arm after a while, and told me the pain has subsided. I was very disappointed with the staff at the cashier and especially the old man standing in charge at the self checkout counters. NONE OF THEM CAME FORWARD TO CHECK IF THE LADY WAS ALRIGHT OR OFFERED HELP OR AT LEAST BRING HER A SEAT!!! Especially that old man, he just stood far away and didn't even show concern at all!!! Really wonder how the staff are trained and if they are trained at all to attend to such sudden incident. Fairprice authorities please look into this issue!

CLAIMS THAT THE GRASS JELLY FROM NTUC MADE OF PLASTIC ARE FALSE

NTUC Fairprice have said that the video which purportedly show a grass jelly or chin chow product that is made of plastic is false. In the viral video, a man, introducing himself as Vincent Ng, had said that the Tan Soon Mui grass jelly he bought from FairPrice was "made of plastic". The 1min 38sec video shows what appears to be dry, flaky grass jelly, instead of the usual smooth dark product. A spokesman for the NTUC Fairprice has stated that they had clarified with the local manufacturer, and found that the claim is false. Checks done by the manufacturer does not reveal any of the same product having had the same issue as the the one int he viral video. The spokesman also said that the manufacturer has made a police report. Fairprice has also tried to reach out to the man in the video to provide clarifications and to aid in investigation,s but thus far, it has failed to establish contact.

FAIRPRICE DELIVERED PRODUCTS WITH USE BY DATE ALMOST UP!

I recently ordered 2 cartons of Nutrisoy from Fairprice via its website on 5th Jan. The cartons were delivered to me on 6th Jan late afternoon but with the use by date of 10th Jan. That just gave me about 4 days to finish consuming the Nutrisoy product! Nutrisoy usually have a shelf life of at least 3 weeks. Maybe Fairprice should send fresher products to its customers and not try to get rid of old goods by sending products which near to their end of life.

DELIVERY SERVICE CANNOT CATER TO CUSTOMER, FORCED TO MISS DELIVERY ITEMS

Fairprice Online customer service really cannot make it. When I requested for a change in delivery date, they flatly refused my request. But at the last minute, they could just give me a call to change it to another day after I have rescheduled my appointments to accommodate their inflexibility. Now they flatly refuse to make any service recovery and told me that the store will hold my delivery items for up to a month or a year if I am travelling and am unable to accommodate them on their rescheduled date. So what happened to all my perishable food?
