Found this nymph cockroach crawling out from my tray while having my dinner with my girlfriend at Mcdonalds Northpoint. I was super disgusted after killing it. I approached the outlet manager and showed him what I killed... He just said okay sir.. Didn't even apologise and only ask me where were I sitting at.. As a pest technician myself, I did check out their tray clearing area and found it to have poor sanitation issue. I sounded that to the outlet manager too and really am disappointed with the outlet's cleanliness and hygiene.
