A motorcyclist has recounted an incident where the driver of SJH 1153A attempted to use his car body to crash into him, nearly causing a serious accident in the process.

Painful to watch motorcycle accidents happening over and over again because we all know how it feels to be drawing first blood from the tarmac. Some of these accidents involving motorcycles were preventable. While many accidents have been caused by erratic driving, we have also seen those that were due to rider's own negligence, in other cases both driver and rider at fault.

Earlier this morning despite on his off duty day, our own medical crew has stepped forward in rendering first aid for a road traffic accident casualty while awaiting for 995 ambulance to arrive. Mr Abdillah whom is certified/trained in medical and emergencies offered his help to the casualty who was badly injured due to the accident. The casualty who was suffering from a dislocated right shoulder and a deep laceration cut on his left eye was found lying on the road near Selatar Link road this morning moaning in pain.

Hi. I am the rider involved in the PIE accident on 1st July when a PRC cyclist cut into my lane on the expressway and caused me to fly off my bike. My FB post went viral after I posted about it online. I'm utterly disappointed in our Traffic Police. To my shock, the TP even had the cheek to say he go by evidence and because I am the motorbike, I am the killing machine so this case is 50/50.

I was involved in an accident 2 days ago with a cyclist. Was travelling towards PIE. A China woman on a bicycle on the PIE (WTF right?) was cycling along the curb side. I was at the acceleration lane about to join the PIE. 10 metres from her, she turn to look. The stupid thing was she saw me, panicked and went onto my path and we colided.

The rider lost his balance, hit onto our car and flew. When we stop, we confront the lorry driver but he deny it is his fault. After arguing for a while he just say "If he die his problem la!"

On 24 Jun 2015 at between 2.30am - 2.45am, there was a fatal accident occurred at Woodlands Ave 3 & 5. A Malaysia-registered motorcycle - JJK 7967 got hit by a Car. The intolerable thing is that the Car driver ran away after clashed into the motorcycle and left the motorcyclist unattended to death.

25 year-old national sepak takraw player Azreen Sairudin still remembers the fateful accident that claimed his younger brother's life, and his haunting last words. Both brothers were involved in a collision with a car along Seletar Expressway on 7th June. His younger brother, 21 year-old Aqil Sairudin, was riding pillion on Azreen's motorcycle.

52 year-old Pang Chong Seng was sentenced to 4 months jail on Wednesday for reckless driving, which caused a spate of accidents involving a prime mover, a lorry, a motorcyclist who later died of his injuries, and 7 other vehicles behind the motorcyclist. Pang was also disqualified from all driving licences for 4 years. Another driver, 48 year-old Lim Kok Aun, was also fined $7,000 for causing death by a rash of negligent act and similarly disqualified from all driving licenses for 4 years.
