MERCEDES DRIVES STRAIGHT INTO SINGAPORE RIVER; 2 IN CAR DEAD

At about 9pm this evening, eye witnesses spotted a silver Mercedes car drive out of the Valley Point Shopping Centre and straight into the bushes next to the Singapore river before plunging into it. 2 people are believed to be in the car, and SCDF personnel has retrieved their bodies from the river. The car has yet to be fished out of the water.

LADY MERCEDES DRIVER GOES CRAZY ON MAN FOR TAKING PHOTO OF HER CAR

Just had this BIZARRE experience— I was walking to my car in the carpark of Paragon when i saw this very cool Mercedes AMG with gull-wing doors. I took my phone out and snapped a photo of it. Just then the owner, a lady, comes up and starts SCREAMING at me for taking photos, saying "I didn't give you permission! Stop! I'm calling the police!"

It is more worrying that shortly after the Mercedes gate crash incident, a video of the incident began circulating on the internet. The video, can be seen here was obviously recorded from a mobile phone in a ICA Ops Room that monitors security footage. To me, this is a serious breach of trust by the check point authorities. Despite the promise of an investigation, this incident happened more than 3 months ago, but neither the SPF nor the ICA have given Singaporeans an update of the "leak" which happened in a supposedly controlled & secured environment; but when PAP's political powers are under threat, the SPF acted swiftly and managed to capture the teenagers.

Man who dashed through Woodlands Checkpoint barrier arrested

Just seven weeks after a Malaysian teacher drove through the Woodlands Checkpoint and managed to stay undetected for three days, another vehicle crashed through the security barrier today (March 8). At 4.05pm, the driver of the Singapore-registered vehicle deliberately drove off while undergoing customs checks, injuring an officer who tried to stop him from leaving, according to a police update. Although a security barrier was subsequently activated, the 65-year-old managed to crash his vehicle through the barrier and entered Singapore. The alarm was raised immediately, and an alert message was sent out to all taxi drivers to help the police look out for the vehicle. All police resources on the ground were alerted.

Mercedes driver who bulldozed 4 people at Chong Pang Market fined $7,000

A businessman who injured four people near Chong Pang Market when his car crashed into them was fined $7,000 on Wednesday. Lim Swee Huat, 66, was also banned from driving for two years over the Aug 6, 2012 accident in Yishun, reports The Straits Times.He pleaded guilty to causing grievous hurt to Madam Thangaraj Mahalakshmi, 52, a production operator, and Mr Toh Eng Lay, 55, by a negligent act that had put lives at risk. He also admitted to causing hurt to Mr Ng Yeo Hock, 69, a newspaper vendor, and Madam Seah Peck Hong, 63.
