A parent felt shamed and humiliated by her Grab driver when he scolded her son with autism for not behaving like a normal child. According to netizen Kym, she had booked a Grab driver to ferry her from Buangkok to Ang Mo Kio. When he arrived, she and her son boarded the taxi, but her son tripped over the car's backseat carpet and caused it to become slanted. Annoyed with the boy, the Grab driver scolded her son and told him strictly to not dirty his car while adjusting the carpet back into place.

VOLUNTEERS AIDING POOR 4 YEAR-OLD GIRL AND MENTALLY ILL FAMILY

The founder of Keeping Hope Alive sent this to us in response to the overwhelming comments from netizens who say that they want to help the poor 4 year-old girl, Lisa, who was seen begging for food. She says that social workers and volunteers are already attending to this case and have settled most if not all of her basic necessities. However, she says that kind souls can still pitch in by buying her an insurance plan for her health or education, or have a regular volunteer to give Lisa's mother some bus fare money or a taxi driver to fetch her to go for her mental health appointments.

Recent reports of a young girl going from house to house in a HDB housing estate has attracted the attention of concerned neighbors, who were worried for the frail, thin looking girl who does not even look old enough to attend kindergarten. She appears at her neighbor's doors, dressed in an oversized pre-school uniform, to beg for some food, sometimes rice, eggs, or whatever her neighbors can spare.

I WAS ASSAULTED BY A MAD OLD WOMAN ON MRT TODAY!

My colleagues and I boarded the train from Paya lebar station to Bedok station to have our lunch around 12:30pm on 22-May-15. While I was talking to my colleagues happily in the train, this old lady started attacking me by kicking my left ankle hard and shouted at me, "Don't block my view!" I wasn't standing not really near her but at the centre of the train, in front of her.
