Congratulations are due to the Singapore Men's Archers team. They have just clinched the very first medal in this year's SEA Games. The team of archers Ang Han Teng, Alan Lee and Pang Toh Jin opened Singapore's medal account for the Games after clinching silver in the men's team compound event.

A member of Singapore's fencing team clinched the country's first medal at the Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, on Saturday (Sep 20). Competing in the Men's Epee Individual competition, Lim Wei Wen edged out Hong Kong's Nicola Lu Min in the Quarter-Final 16-15 to qualify for the next round, securing the country's first medal in this year's Asiad in the process.
