Covid19: Building Control Authority Should Disallow Payment Of Fines Using MCST Funds

Four residents were fined on 20 April 2020 for not practising safe distancing in their condominiums and a management corporation (MCST) for not closing its common facilities. However, I am concerned over the $1,000 fine imposed on the condominium in Amber Road. Who is responsible for this lapse? To allow the fine to be paid using the common MCST fund would mean that all the residents in the condominium are guilty of the offence or are they?

CONDO RESIDENT: SAUNA FACILITY IS ALWAYS SPOILT, PAY MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FOR FUN?

I am a resident staying at Chestervale (MCST 2414) condominium at Bukit Panjang. The sauna in the men's shower room is spoilt again. The heating element (heater) is not working. The sauna has been spoilt for many times in the past 5 years of my residency at Chestervale condominium. The management (MCST 2414) always take a long time to fix the sauna despite numerous complaints from residents.
