few weeks ago, I'm sick and taking mc for 2 days given by doctor and I inform my Boss about it but on my 2nd day of mc, someone from company call me that boss is not happy about I having mc for 2 days because Thursday and Friday and to them is that I'm taking long weekend.. The following week when I'm back office, my boss told me that if next time taking mc on Monday,Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. Tell me to take personal leave instead of mc and highlight that instruction from HR.
