It states that “Dr Mahathir Mohamad has roped Singapore into the RM2.6 billion donation issue after the attorney-general cleared Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak of any wrongdoing.

Former Prime Minister of Malaysia Dr Mahathir Mohamad is back with more attacks against his successor, the current Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Razak. According to Dr. Mahathir, if Najib contiues to stay in power in Malaysia, the Malays in Malaysia could become just as marginalized as their Singapore counterparts. Dr. Mahathir also claimed that Najib is refusing to resign from power because he fears being hauled up to court on "criminal charges".

Wading into the row perceived as an attempt to muzzle the media over government reports, the former prime minister conceded Najib had the right to use the existing laws to defend his reputation. “Ya, it is right,” Dr Mahathir replied when asked by reporters if the sixth prime minister was right in suing for defamation. Despite that, the 88-year-old insisted he would not have taken the same action as Najib. “I don't, I won't sue. They call me anything also, they can,” he said. “This is politics. In politics, you get cursed. That’s alright,” added Dr Mahathir.

Dr Mahathir Mohamad: CIA and Boeing are hiding something about MH370

In his latest posting on the missing flight MH370 and adding to the conspiracy theories about its disappearance, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad speculated that "someone" is not giving the full picture of how the Boeing aircraft disappeared more than two months ago. In coming to the defence of Malaysia and national aircraft carrier Malaysia Airlines, the former prime minister again said aircraft manufacturer Boeing and certain agencies have the capacity to take over "uninterrupted control" of commercial airliners.

It is also unclear if Malaysia's Muslims, though becoming increasingly devout, would support hudud law. Most are reluctant to openly criticise syariah (Islamic) laws that they believe come from Allah and must be carried out to reduce crime and other social woes, but that does not mean they necessarily support their implementation now. Former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad, an open critic of the move, has added fire to the debate by saying: "There is no justice if hudud is implemented because the hands of a Muslim thief are cut while a non-Muslim spends two months in prison. Is that justice? If it is not justice, then it is not Islamic."
