M1 CHARGED ME RUBBISH $50 LEGAL FEES WHEN I TERMINATED MY LINE

Fucking annoyed with M1. I decided to terminate my line after 5 years of tolerating M1's fucking bad service and saw that I have an excess of $60 that they're supposed to refund me. But instead of refunding me my money, they find WAYS to deduct from it so they'll refund me less. But instead of refunding me my money, they find WAYS to deduct from it so they'll refund me less. "LEGAL FEES" of $50?!

LOCAL TELCO M1 LIKELY TO BE SOLD TO FOREIGN INVESTORS?

Seems like based on news reports, local telco M1 is planning to sell their company, and so far, the bidders have all come in the shape of foreign investments. The telco is Singapore's third largest carrier, and is currently owned by Axiata Group, Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation, and Singapore Press Holdings.

The proposed sale comes in the wake of a fourth mobile operator joining the market in Singapore. So what does this mean for M1? If the sale comes to fruition, will there still be an M1, or will it change into some other forms? And what about the users of M1, some of whom are M1 customers since day 1.

BEWARE OF MOBILE PHONE RE-CONTRACT SCAM, I ENDED UP WITH $15,000 DEBTS

The scammer told me that to earn commission, I had to sign phone contracts and passed the phones to him and he will get a third party to cancel the contracts in office. I trusted him and by sheer desperation after losing my job, I agreed and went with him to sign 2 contracts with Singtel, 2 from Starhub and 1 from m1 with max plans with the phones coming in for free. It is a total of 5 contracts amounting to about $1000 a month with about $3000 for early termination fee for each contract I signed.

M1 TELCO TRIED TO OVERCHARGE MY MONTHLY BILL WITH LAME ADMIN EXCUSE

My brother had a contract with M1 for his mobile phone service from Jul 2013 to Jul 2015. The Plan costs $94 per month. He decided to re-contract with M1 in May 2015 for a cheaper plan for two years to 2017 at $61 per month. M1 subscribers beware! M1 requires you to inform them when your old contract expires before they are willing to bill you the new lower rate. Is this how it should be? Or should M1 rethink this?
