SINGAPORE YOUTHS LOST FOOTBALL GAME AGAIN, THIS TIME TO NEW CALEDONIA

In news that does not surprise anyone anymore who is a fan of football, especially local football, the Singapore Under 18's loss again in a friendly last night. This time, they were beaten by New Caledonia 2-1 at Bishan Stadium. So, anyone knows were New Caledonia is?

It is actually a French territory comprising dozens of islands in the South Pacific with an estimated population of 278,000.

TIMOR LESTE BEATS SHAMEFUL SINGAPORE IN UNDER 18 FOOTBALL

In yet another series of embarrassing results, Singapore’s Under-18 footballers lost 3-1 to Timor Leste’s U18s at the on-going ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) U18 Championships on yesterday. Timor Leste was not even an independent country when Singapore's S-League was born. The supposed superior professional league, that was formed so that Singapore have a bigger pool of professional footballers who are supposed to dominate the region in the years after the formation of the S-League. What a joke!
