My dad brought his brother to Bugis Kuan Yin Temple, at 10.30am today, they board this cab. Along the way, this driver kept saying that highway no jam kept driving along the way through further route instead of driving along the road in front of Novena Square, then pass by KK hospital then Sim Lim Square and arrived the temple. Once they arrived the meter show $18.52 rather than what Grab app shown btw $10-$13 pricing. It's already to far difference of about $5 plus. That driver also showing off to them that, he once had came along a passenger which cause her $40 plus dollar from Bukit Panjang to don't know where.
