My husband rented from Lion City Rentals (LCR), an Uber-affiliated partner, under the 5-weeks contract terms. Shortly after that, during a scheduled body check-up, it was discovered that he has back problem, and the doctor advised against sitting/driving for long hours – which will affect the hours put in to drive for Uber. We took the doctor’s letter to LCR to request for early termination of the contract, but they refused to make an exception (not even on medical grounds).

3-car chain accident along AYE, my vehicle being the last vehicle of the chain … means I am liable for all claims. Followed the procedure, report to World Auto Pte Ltd, make accident report & leave the vehicle there. LCR confirm they do not allow their vehicle to be fixed by other workshop, full stop. Must be through this costly World Auto workshop.

Lion City Rentals car rental company keep delaying refund of car deposit after I returned the rental car. They block me on FB after i tried to contact them I already tried email the admin,the cc person and even main email ,called up and give a false date.from monday to sat cant even process the refund.and google review also a lot of slow refund comment. I tried comment 6 times and its all deleted away
