Dr Lee Wei Ling has taken to Facebook once again to voice out her thoughts on Lee Kuan Yew, where she firmly said LKY had full control of his own will, and that he alone had signaled the finality of his will. Lee Wei Ling then took a dig at AGC, who is pursuing the case against Lee Suet Fern for claims that she misled LKY on his will, by indicating that to think LKY is not in control of his own will is daft.

In the Facebook post on Tuesday evening, Dr Lee repeated what she knew of her father's stance, that he wanted the property to be demolished as he did not want Singapore to have a cult of Lee Kuan Yew. Dr Lee also reiterated the reason why the house should be demolished - LKY did not want it open to public or turned into a shrine, and their mother, Mdm Kwa Geok Choo was a private person and did not want the public trampling through her home.

But questions arises that once the Fake News Bill becomes law, will the authorities clam down on her posts and declare her a fake news peddler? After all, she is accusing none other than the PM of Singapore himself, being her brother or not is secondary to the argument. If this is not fake news, then this must be true? After all, this is not an opinion, or a satirical piece by Dr Lee, isn't it?

Lee Hsien Yang posted that the AG has filed more than 500 pages worth of complaints against his wife, Lee Suet Fern. He said that LHL never voiced any issues with LKY's will when their father was alive. He was also bitter that his brother is unleashing so many complaints now even though he never bothered to discuss things with him and his sister, Lee Wei Ling. Lee Suet Fern has filed her Defence. SDP has written to President Tony Tan in asking him to revoke AG Lucien Wong's appointment. This is in light of the AGC's reply that it will not look into allegations of abuse of power by PM Lee. It described this as hypocritical given that the AGC wants to look into Li Shengwu's private Facebook posting.

In a statement by the SDP, it questioned the AGC for targeting Li Shengwu but failing to investigate charges of abuse of power by PM Lee Hsien Loong. "How the AGC handles the two issues will determine the level of public confidence in our law enforcement agency. It is crucial that the AGC treats the cases without fear or favour".

Singapore's Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) is looking into a Facebook post put up by Mr Li Shengwu, the son of Li Hsien Yang and nephew of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

Chee Soon Juan of the Singapore Democratic Party has called for the AGC to investigate allegations against LHL. "Even though LHL has addressed some of these matters in Parliament on 3 and 4 July 2017, his statements must necessarily be viewed as partisan as they were not subject to critical cross-examination. He has also refused to convene a Commission of Inquiry despite widespread calls from the public to do so." Dr Chee also asked for Lucien Wong and Hri Kumar to recuse themselves from dealing with this matter.
