SDP DEMANDS AGC TO INVESTIGATE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST PM LEE

Chee Soon Juan of the Singapore Democratic Party has called for the AGC to investigate allegations against LHL. "Even though LHL has addressed some of these matters in Parliament on 3 and 4 July 2017, his statements must necessarily be viewed as partisan as they were not subject to critical cross-examination. He has also refused to convene a Commission of Inquiry despite widespread calls from the public to do so." Dr Chee also asked for Lucien Wong and Hri Kumar to recuse themselves from dealing with this matter.

INSENSITIVE TO ASK LEE WEI LING TO VACATE OXLEY HOME JUST TO RESOLVE DISPUTE

PM Lee should abide by laws and respect LKY's wish to have his house demolished. That being said, people should stop asking Lee Wei Ling to move out of her house so that they can demolish it and replace it with some memorial. "Shame on you for not realising that the house is not just a physical building to Lee Wei Ling. It is a place, a home, where she lived in for more than 60 years, where she grew up in with her parents, where she was born in and where she saw her father care for her mother in her dying days. And you want her to move out because you want this inconvenient issue settled asap? Why? Because it is an embarrassment to us all? That is such an insensitive thing to do, it is really appalling." For those who think she should move out asap, please do take some time to ponder what a home is.

EX-MP IRENE NG: DEMOLISH OXLEY RD HOUSE SO WE CAN ALL MOVE ON!

Former MP Irene Ng has come up with a brilliant idea to resolve the FamiLEE dispute by asking for 38 Oxley Rd to be demolished NOW. Demolish the house, end the saga now, and let's all move on."

38 OXLEY ROAD DISPUTE SHOWS HOW NARROW MINDED PRO-GOVT SUPPORTERS ARE

38 Oxley Road might seem to be a debate on what the late Lee Kuan Yew wanted to do with his house, or what he did not want to do, the case of abuse of power in the role of organs of state or even the question of "kakinangs" in key appointments such as that of the attorney general's role and the that of the deputy attorney general.
