A lorry caught fire just this morning at Lornie Rd, causing a massive jam along Braddell Rd. Drivers saw thick smoke billowing from the vehicle and said only 2 lanes were usable. It is uncertain what caused the fire, but the SCDF has since extinguished it and nobody was injured.

A Transcab taxi caught fire in the KPE tunnel towards TPE after ECP, leaving part of the tunnel closed. Thankfully, the SCDF managed to extinguish the fire and nobody was injured. Drivers are advised to avoid lane 4. Some were also told to abandon their motorbikes and exit the tunnel.
